Apart from the fact that 'Reach for the Stars' is a perfect example of everything I love about computer music, the whole album is just an absolute belter of a piece of work. The soaring pitch-bent melodies and arpeggios, the basslines that make me want to dig out Thunderforce IV and the fact that (I don't say this lightly) some of the arrangements and progressions remind me heavily of Tim Follin. An utterly exceptional piece of work. Pure gold.

Remember that time when DFO:BAD had to play Abortifacient's slot at that gig cos Abortifacient was so sick that night he was literally pissing out of both ends and DFO:BAD kinda dressed up like him and did all the Abortifacient 'aussie bloke' stage show cliches? Fuck that was a funny show, but I bet Abortifacient is still trying to forget that weekend but cos he was pretty crook. Oh and this record has the nastiest, heaviest chip bass that could rip your face off at 20 yards swear to god!
